Dear Teachers, Sponsors, Parents, and Delegates,
I am incredibly pleased to announce the inaugural session of the All-American Model UN Long Island Training Summit, taking place on Long Island, New York.
My name is Gab MacKay, and I am a second-year student at American University studying International Studies and Economics. I am a six-year veteran of Model UN, having competed on both the high school and collegiate Model UN circuits. I have won several Best Delegate awards throughout college and high school Model UN. My vast experience competing in the United States and abroad has prepared me with all the more insight I am incredibly excited to share during the training summit.
Awards aside, my passion for Model UN has also taken shape on the administrative end of the activity. Having graduated as an alumna of the program, I was named the Program Director of All-American Model UN this past August. I am incredibly proud and fortunate to assist my mentor and friend, Frank Pobutkiewicz, in our ventures this academic year. I am extremely excited to see what the future holds for All-American and the face of Long Island Model UN.
From first-hand experience, I can confidently say that All-American Model UN has the best Model UN training material globally. I’m thrilled to lead the first-ever Long Island Model UN Training Summit and bring this world-class training to my local community.
I hope you can join us to improve your Model UN skills, meet new friends, and strengthen our community!
Warmest Regards,
Gab MacKay
