Empire Model United nations Conference

This year, EmpireMUNC has prepared a pool of exciting committees that is tailored to cover an array of interests. EmpireMUNC will be bringing there unique mesh of committees to the High School Model United Nations circuit this year ranging from topics mired in the past and to those affecting us today.

EmpireMUNC Conference Information

Empire Model UN will host 12 Committees in 2017, from large General Assembly committee to small crisis committees.
Empire Model UN is schedule for Thursday, December 1, 2016 to Sunday, December 4, 2016.
Empire Model UN is hosted in a hotel, not on New York University’s campus. Schools are expected to at the Holiday Inn – Lower East Side.
EmpireMUN awards traditional individual awards and team delegation awards.
Empire Model UN has over 13 hours of committee time.

EmpireMUNC Conference Details

Conference History
The creation of EmpireMUNC was spurred on by NYU Model United Nation’s increasing success as a top 5-college circuit team and as the hosts of one of the most competitive college conferences on the Model UN circuit. It was created out of a passion to teach skills of debate, speaking, writing, and diplomacy to the next generation of university students and competitors.
