Starting in fall of 2016, the All-American Program Director, Frank Pobutkiewicz, will be open to working with schools and students to prepare them for conferences and competition. Training can take on many forms: professional development for teachers, curriculum consulting for schools, one-on-one speaking and writing tutoring, class or club workshops, and weekend training academies.
If you are interested in working with us, please submit the form located at the bottom of this page. Each inquiry will be evaluated, regardless of the fee offered, if any.

The Beaver Country Day team poses with their Best Small Delegation trophy at BosMUN XV
From December 2015 to February 2016, Frank worked with Beaver Country Day School in Massachusetts to prepare their team for the Boston Invitational Model United Nations Conference (BosMUN). This was the first time the Program Director worked with a school team and not a handpicked honor delegation.
Frank worked with the team for one hour per week for five weeks leading up to the conference. Training consisted of speaking exercises, writing exercises, unmoderated caucus strategy, and crisis training.
Beaver Country Day won Best Small Delegation at BosMUN XV, with nine of the twelve students winning individual awards, including 2 Best Delegates, 4 Outstanding Delegates, and 3 Honorable Delegates.
In February 2016, the All-American Programs sponsored its first delegation at a US conference. We attended the North American Invitational Model UN conference, hosted by Georgetown in Washington D.C. NAIMUN hosts over 3,000 students and is considered the most competitive conference in the country.
With a team of 8 students, we won Best Small Delegation, with 50% of our students winning individual awards, including two Best Delegate gavels.
